Debbi Dubbs learned the nuts and bolts of cooking in some of the best restaurant kitchens in Orange County, CA. Running her own catering company, ‘All Thyme Catering’. As a Corporate Chef for Melissa’s World Variety produce, Debbi was able to work with produce from all over the world and developed recipes for Melissa’s website, as well as represented Melissa’s in their corporate kitchen and entertained visiting guests. Debbi founded ‘Debs Kitchen’ in 2002, a company that provides culinary instruction at Williams Sonoma, South Coast Plaza, Bloomingda-les, Sycamore Farms, Pasolivo, Wild Oats and private events.Debbi continues to support the local farmers markets and hosts food and wine trips to the central coast of California.
